Lesson 5: Matter Review

To conclude our Unit on Matter PowerPoint slides will be presented to the class that will review
the four lessons on Matter. After, the review students will create a study file folder which will
consist on vocabulary words learned in the Matter Unit. In addition, the study file folder will
have questions similar to the questions that will be on the quiz on Monday. This will be followed
by a class activity which will consist of a Jeopardy game in which students will be paired in
fours and will have the opportunity to challenge each others knowledge in a fun interactive
game. The technology that will be used is a Smart Board and a computer Jeopardy program.
Furthermore, to conclude our Science Unit I invited the parents of the students to come join us in
our jeopardy game which after the activity students will have the opportunity to share with their
parents what they have learned and done in class by showing their parents the Science wall that
will contain work they have done in class through photographs, drawings and written work.
