ADDITIONAL SERVICES
All fields will be prepped with bases at the start of gameday. If extra services are
requested by the Tournament Director (additional field work, additional port-a-potties
or cleanings, etc.), they must be discussed and agreed to in advance W.N.R.B., and
will be billed accordingly.
Extraordinary Measures: In the event of severe weather or other unexpected events,
extraordinary reasonable measures may need to be taken to ensure fields are playable
in a specific time frame. Under these circumstances, additional charges may apply
(field materials, extra staff, etc.).

Half of total cost is required to secure date.
All remaining fees are due the first day of the scheduled event.
A copy of the renters insurance is required with this contract (Special Events Liability
Policy, min. $1,000,000, naming West Newton Boro and West Newton Recreation
Board as additional insured).
Renters are not guaranteed the same weekend in subsequent years without a written,
signed contract.
