Camp

and Club Interactions

It is critical that great communication exist between the Camp and Club teams and between the
Camp and Club leaders. The Club cannot exist without the Camps existence, but the Camp may
not always recognize the depth of relationship that builds in the Club environment or some of
the extenuating challenges that Clubs encounter once entering into the lives and homes of the
children. In the ideal world, Camps and Clubs would have great interaction, communication,
shared leadership issues and shared fundraising. When things are less than ideal, there MUST
be at least shared communication regarding the children and the volunteers.
