Carryoutsitemeasurement
Abletoadministerprojectfromstarttofinishincludingfinalizationofaccounts

Requirements
Possess Degree/ Diploma in Quantity Surveying/ Construction Management/Building
orrelateddiscipline
Minimum 35 years of relevant experience in the Construction industry with both
ContractorsorConsultants,withatleast2yearsfocusiMinimum35yearsofrelevant
experiencefromConstructionindustryngonprecontractortenderingduties
Goodknowledgeofcostingandestimatingallkindsofbuildingprojects
Detailedwithexcellentproblemsolvingskills,proactive,ablemeettightdeadline
Matureandindependent,abletoworkunderpressure
