Selepas bulan pertama, QVGroup ahli tersebut akan dikecualikan dari QVGroup anda dan
sebagai pertukaran, anda akan memiliki tempoh penangguhan (grace period) selama 2
bulan dimana anda hanya perlu mencapai separuh QVGroup yang diperlukan. Jadi hanya
RM2,250 daripada RM4,500 untuk pangkat B0.
Tambahan lagi, jika anda memiliki Grace Period bertindih kerana Team Manager lebih dari
1 didalam Kumpulan Peribadi anda, jumlah QVGroup yang diperlukan akan terhapus.
Jika ahli memiliki StatusQ= B0 dan StatusB= B0, akan mendapat 4% untuk Generasi 1.

Hari ini, setiap ahli yang aktif dan Leader memiliki Downline tidak
aktif melebihi setahun.
Kami memanggil mereka Ahli Tidur.
Jika Ahli memiliki Ahli Tidur didalam rangkaian aras 1 & 2, Ahli tidak
mendapat kelebihan penuh dari Bonus Aras 1 & 2.
Ahli Tidur tersebut akan memperoleh tempoh peralihan 6 bulan
untuk kembali aktif.
Selepas tempoh peralihan tersebut, Sophie Paris Malaysia akan
melakukan proses mampatan (compression) ; dimana setiap Ahli
Tidur akan dikeluarkan dari rangkaian dan ahli bawahan mereka
akan diletakkan secara langsung pada Penaja Ahli Tidur itu.
Hasilnya, Ahli yang aktif & Leader akan memperolehi rangkaian yang
bersih dari Ahli Tidur dan mampu mengoptimumkan jualan Aras 1 &
2.
Bonus Aras 1 & 2 akan meningkat.
Ahli Tidur adalah ahli Sophie Paris sepanjang hayat oleh itu mereka
masih layak menikmati diskaun ahli 25%.
Ahli Tidur boleh memilih untuk menutup akaun dan berdaftar

Compensation Plan/MLM:
The Sophie Paris Compensation Plan is a reward system featuring Retail Profit on sales of products as well as MLM Bonuses applied to Members Genealogy performance. Sophie Paris agrees to
treat Members with fairness, honesty and courtesy. But reciprocally the revenue generated by the Members will be awarded only to Members who work according to the principles of Ethics approved
by Sophie Paris.
Sponsor/Tree/Genealogy:
Each Member registered in Sophie Paris Database has a unique Sponsor. The Sponsor is the Member by whom he was recruited. The list of Members is a perfect Tree Genealogy with no orphan
children and a single root named Sophie. In this entire document, the word Tree will indicate the full Network Multi-Levels Tree below a Member until infinite Levels.
Level/Direct Down-lines/Indirect Down-lines:
A level is the location in your genealogy that a Member is on, regardless of his Status. If a Member is directly below you, he is on your first level (also named Direct Down-lines). The Members directly
below him are on your second level, and so on.
Member Discount:
All Members registered at Sophie Paris will benefit immediately from the Member Discount. This Discount percentage will be the same for all the Members (25% for Regular Catalog Items, 10% for
Promo Items and 0% for Catalogs, Starter kits, Marketing Tools, Packing, Transport as well as Bazaar Items) and will be directly deducted on the Member's Invoices. After purchasing products at
discounted price, Sophie Members can re-sell these products to non-Members at Catalog Price and earn the difference as a Retail Profit.
Active Member/Bonus:
You are considered Active this month if your Personal Volume in Catalog Price (QvPerso) is higher or equal to 150 MYR on current month. All the Members will get the benefit of the Member Discount
but only the Active Members will get the advantage of the Bonus. The Bonus percentages will differ from Member to Member because they will grow when a Member develop his Network and
increase his Status. The Bonuses will be calculated at the end of the Month and will be paid to Members monthly.
Status Qualified (StatusQ):
Your Status Qualified (StatusQ) is the status for which you meet the qualification conditions in the current month. It fluctuates from month to month and determines how your bonuses are calculated
for the current month.
Status Badge (StatusB):
Your Status Badge (StatusB) is your recognition status and is not changing every month versus your StatusQ. Your StatusB changes only in the case of Promotion (read Promotion definition) or in
case of Demotion (read Demotion definition). The Promotion/Demotion mechanism is organized in such a way that your StatusB is always higher or equal (but never lower) than your StatusQ.
Remark: The Generation mechanism is based on StatusB and not on StatusQ (read Personal Group and Generation definitions).
Promotion (of your Status Badge):
If your current month StatusQ is higher than your previous month StatusB, a promotion will occur. Such a Promotion will upgrade your current month StatusB to be equal to your current month
StatusQ. In such a way your current month StatusB will not become lower than your current month StatusQ.
Demotion (of your Status Badge):
You must be qualified to your Status Badge at least one time every 6 consecutive months. It means that you must have StatusQ=StatusB at least one time every 6 consecutive months. If it is not the
case, a Demotion will take place on the 6th Month. Such a Demotion will downgrade your current month StatusB to be equal to your current month StatusQ. In such a way, your current month
StatusB will not become lower than your current month StatusQ even if it can become lower than some of your last 6 months StatusQ.
Remark: The StatusB from A1 (Bronze Consultant) to A4 (Diamond Consultant) are never Demoted. We consider them as Status Badge forever.
Status Advancement (StatusAdv):
It is the maximum Advancement Reward that you already got. You will be rewarded for each Status only one time in your life. To get a Reward you must maintain during multiple consecutive months
your StatusQ at the level of your next Advancement Status (or higher). If you jump over your next Advancement Status, no Reward will be skipped but you will get a maximum of one Status Reward
per month.

Personal Group:
Your Personal Group includes yourself and every direct or indirect Members below you down to but not including other Team Managers (or higher) based on their Badge Status (StatusB>=B0) and
not including also their full network Tree.
Generation:
A Generation begins with a Team Manager (or higher) based on Badge Status (StatusB>=B0) and includes every direct or indirect Members below him, down to but not including the next Team
Managers (or higher Badge Status) and their full network Tree (which is the start of the next Generation). If you are such a Team Manager (or higher), we will consider that your Generation0 is the
Generation starting with yourself, and your Generation1 is the Generation immediately below, and so on.
Grand Generation (Future):
A Grand Generation begins with a Grand Leader (or higher) based on Badge Status (StatusB>=C0) and includes every direct or indirect Members below him, down to but not including the next
Grand Leaders (or higher Badge Status) and their full network Tree (which is the start of the next Grand Generation). If you are such a Grand Leader (or higher), we will consider that your Grand
Generation0 is the Grand Generation starting with yourself, and your Grand Generation1 is the Grand Generation immediately below, and so on.
Break:
It is the event when a Member is promoted from StatusB<B0 (Team Manager) to StatusB>=B0 resulting in his Group breaking away from his Up-line Group.
Qualification Volumes (Qv/QvPerso/QvGroup/QvTree):
The Qualification Volumes (Qv) are the Purchase Volumes for one calendar Month calculated in Catalog Price (and not in Member Price). The Items with Bonus Value equal to zero (Catalogs, Starter
kits, Marketing Tools, Packaging, Transport and also Bazaar) are excluded from this Volume.
QvPerso: Your personal Purchases in Catalog Price.
QvGroup: Sum of QvPerso of all the Members of your Personal Group (including yourself). If a Member of your Personal Group is promoted from StatusB<B0 (Team Manager) to StatusB>=B0, his
QvGroup will exceptionally remain included in your QvGroup for the Month of his Promotion in order to prevent you from any stress linked to this Break (which could happen even at the last second
of the month).
QvTree: Sum of QvPerso of all the Members of your full network Tree (including yourself).
Remark: QvPerso is also named Personal Volume, QvGroup is also named Group Volume and QvTree is also named Tree Volume or Down Volume.
Bonus Value/Bonus Volumes (Bv/BvPerso/BvGroup/BvTree):
The Bonus Volumes (Bv) are the Purchase Volumes for one calendar Month calculated in Bonus Value (not in Catalog Price and not in Member Price). These Bonus Volumes are the
Commissionable Volumes on which we apply the Bonus Percentages seen in the Compensation Plan. The Bonus Value is 60% of the Catalog Price for Regular Catalog Items, 10% of the Promo
Flyer Price for Promo Items and 0% for Catalogs, Starter kits, Marketing Tools, Packing, Transport as well as Bazaar Items.
BvPerso: Your personal Purchases in Bonus Value.
BvGroup: Sum of BvPerso of all the Members of your Personal Group (including yourself). If a Member of your Personal Group is promoted from StatusB<B0 (Team Manager) to StatusB>=B0, his
QvGroup will exceptionally remain included in your QvGroup for the Month of his Promotion but his BvGroup as well as his Group will anyway break away from yours (the anti-stress favor is applied
only to the Qualification Volumes).
BvTree: Sum of BvPerso of all the Members of your full network Tree (including yourself).
Grace Period:
If a Member of your Personal Group is promoted from StatusB<B0 (Team Manager) to StatusB>=B0, his QvGroup will exceptionally remain included in your QvGroup for the Month of his Promotion
in order to prevent you from any stress linked to this Break (which could happen even at the last second of the month). After this first Month his QvGroup will be excluded from your QvGroup but in
exchange you will have a Grace Period of 2 Months where you will have to achieve only half of the required QvGroup. Additionally, if you have overlapping Grace Periods due to multiple new Team
Managers in your Personal Group, your required QvGroup will be waived.
Remark: This Grace discount on the required QvGroup is valid even if you Qualify to a StatusQ<B0 like A4 (Diamond Consultant).
