The meeting will be called to order by the Chairperson, or designee, of the Oklahoma City Public Schools Board of Education. The Board Clerk, or
Deputy Board Clerk, will call the roll, recording which voting Board members are in attendance and taking note whether a quorum exists, or not. A
quorum consisting of a majority of the current sitting board membership shall be necessary to conduct business at a meeting of the Oklahoma City
Public Schools Board of Education. In the event that a quorum is not present, a Board meeting cannot be convened, thus the meeting shall be
canceled.
