Lesson plan for 6th grade

Module 1, Unit 3, Lesson 5 When is your birthday?


Length of lesson; 40 minutes
Aim; At the end of the lesson students will be able to say own birthday and learn to write there
are 12 months in a year
Objectives;

Listen to the song and understand the meaning


Act out the simple dialogue based on giving example

months. For example;

etc.. And see flashcards
with holidays new
words such as the white
moon, happy womens
day, happy childrens
day, new year etc
Students will answer
teachers question. And
ask each other. For
example; The first month
of the year is January.
The white moon happens
in January etc
