To Whom It May Concern:

This refers to the following shipment of my client AGS FOUR WINDS under Bill of Lading
No. SGN-MNL-5875 with Reg No.:RCL 0035; gross weight 700 kgs; measurement 7.0 cbm.
It appears that the warehouse charges amounting to PhP 88,344.38 imposed upon my client by
your designated CY/CFS (Transorient Warehouse) glaringly violates CMO 24-2001 issued by the
Bureau of Customs.
In order to avoid costly litigation expenses, I am demanding that you immediately adjust the
warehouse charges imposed against my client to conform to CMO 24-2001.
In the event that you fail to heed this demand, my client would be forced to pay your
warehouse charges UNDER PROTEST.
However, rest assured that we shall ventilate this matter before the Office of the
Commissioner of the Bureau of Customs as well as with the Philippine Shippers Bureau.
Please be guided accordingly.
