Program Evaluation
Used logic and reasoning to design an evaluation plan for Carletons Peer Assisted Study
Session program by conducting a needs assessment, creating a logic model, developing a
program theory, defining and operationalizing the pertinent variables and proposing a
research design to identify strengths and weaknesses of the program, measure them, and
ultimately make recommendations about the program
Collected, organized and analyzed qualitative and quantitative data from over 1000
participants for a Program Evaluation of the Renfrew County District School Boards
(RCDSB) Special Education Programming. Demonstrated the ability to synthesise and
clearly express research findings by writing the results section of the executive report
