Summary
Controlling projects is very important for success. Leadership plays the crucial role in controlling
the projects and it encourages people to work systematically and efficiently to meet the
requirements, budget and schedule. Project management approaches is relied on planning,
organizing and controlling. The author explains about elements of management that include
structure, strategy, culture, procedures and leadership.
Project leadership has different views like foundation of new approach like how is this going to
work and knowledge processing about the strategies of leader for managing more efficiently.
Leader can influence people to create new knowledge with the support of technology. The article
explains about the five elements used for an extensive variety of innovative substances. In
addition, the five elements are identity, vision, mission, interactions and structure. These five
elements are mutually dependent for any processes happening within individual, team,
department and an organization. The elements form a chain and connect to the final goals of an
organization. The basic principle here is, if the elements of the system are in balance with each
other then the capability to reach the desired goal increases.
Prism Science Corporation: PSC is mid-scale manufacturing company that manufactures
automated lens grinding machines for the optical industry. The main aim of the company is to
enter into market and exit before he competitors make efforts, Here we explain how PSC
demonstrates the imbalances in the five elements of success can lead to poor output result in an
organization. An organization should be properly managed in order to reach their final goals and
be successful. Thus a proper leader with good knowledge can lead the company successfully.
