Salt and Pepper (15 minutes)

This is a fun activity, excellent for energizing the team, and also great as a
quick ice-breaker exercise. It is ideal for a wide team size of 10-40 people
(preferably even numbered).
Though this game is originally called Salt and Pepper, we could modify it to
make it Unilever specific. As a facilitator, come up pairs of things such as,
an HUL product and its counterpart of a competitor (e.g. Rin and Tide,
Sunsilk and Head & Shoulders) or an HUL brand and its category (e.g.
Ponds and Personal Care) and so forth. Write each item on a piece of paper
(i.e. Rin on one piece and Tide on another), and tape one paper on the back
of each person, making sure they cant see it.
When the game starts, everyone must walk around asking yes or no
questions in order to find out what word they have taped to their backs.
Once they figure that out, they need to find their other pair. This is a timed
game.
Learning how to ask the right questions is the key. This will bring them
closer not only to Unilever brands but also each other as a team.
