This should include:
a. Brief description of the company.
b. Description of the process (manual or computer based) that exist in the company
c. Identify the problems with system described. These can be listed.
d. State how a computer system (new or improved) will help to solve the problems
that you have identified. You must develop a modular program (modules) from
your solutions, working with at least 3 files.
2. Techniques of analysis used
a. Your Techniques must include all types that are learnt and executed.
b. You must include samples of your techniques, summaries of responses, graphs
and charts along with the explanation of the graphs and charts.

4. Functional and Non-Functional Requirements
a. This must be detailed and focus on all parameters outlined for the successful
completion and execution of your software.
5. Design Specification

6. Coding of Program
a. This should be a representation of your solution using the C language and
nothing else.
7. Testing and Presentation
a. You are to test your program to ensure that it does what it was created to do.
Marks will be awarded according to how well your program is tested (please see
