III.CreatingaQualityLearningEnvironment
Iwasabletosuccessfullyimproveincreatingmoreactivitiesthat weremoreMVPA
driven and also fun for my students. During the lesson it seemed that students had more
confidence inperformingthisskillin class.Asaresulttheyweremorewillingtotrytheactivites
atahigh skilled level. Asthelesson continuedthey wereableto identifyandrecitetheCOTSof
the skill correctly through repetition whichmade iteasierforthem toidentify or describe/ help
other students and themselves with the movements. In using the cots students were able to
improve there skills throughout the class through practice and challenges. In addition,
The psychomotor, cognitive, and affective learning domains were in my opinion
completed successfully through out the lesson. In the lesson itseemedthatIdidimprove
in an increase in MVPA than last couple of weeks. I also imporved in minimizing my
instruction and management. In addition, I think I need to improve my planning of my
lesson just to minimize a little of the management aspect.Overall,Ihopethatthislesson
turned out to be only 510 % of management and instruction and 90% of activity. In
regards challenging students in the lesson, if students were struggling with the activity I
did bringbiggersofterballs.AlsoforlowskilledindividualsImadesurethattheirtargets
or partners were closer to them. When it comes to high skilled students their targets or
partners were farther apart. In order to improve my students progress level and/or
improve their skill development I let them practice all levels oftheskillatleasta couple

provide demonstrations throughout the activity. Studentswere able tofollow alongand
understand the activities we were doing. And it seemedto be clearandunderstandable
based on their successful assessment aftertheclass. IwasveryhappythatI did well in
utilizing the wholepartwhole method. Also, I did use students to reproduce a skill
