Team# 3 will use Skype to meet on Mondays at 7:30 CST.

Team# 3 will utilize the discussion board on D2L to communicate. Files will be
shared in Group Locker through D2L.

Method for Handling Participation Issues


Part 1
If a member has not completed their assignment by noon on Thursdays, the rest of
the group will reassign materials. If the same member misses a deadline a second
time, we will turn to mediation with Dr. McKenzies input.

Part 2
In the event of an external situation which prevents a member from completing
their assignment(s), the impacted individual must alert the remaining team
members within 24 hours. This notice must include a timeframe for when they will
be available again and provide any work they have already started and/or
completed for the week.

Project Company Name


The company requesting services is PJ Enterprises, a mail order catalog company
specializing in gifts, apparel and home accessories.

Project Description
PJ Enterprises has had a high turnover in personnel, particularly with customer
service employees. There are also a high number of complaints from customers
with regard to the customer service. The company has hired T3I to develop staff
training for the various products that are presented in their catalog so that the
customer service employees have a better knowledge of the items, thereby
increasing sales and decreasing customer complaints.
