SERVICE AGREEMENT (CONTRACT)

HARRIS BRIDAL INSPIRATIONS COORDINATING


To ensure that our professional relationship is effective and efficient, well first need to agree upon the services that will be
provided, the conditions of our work (e.g. your responsibilities), the fees and payment schedule, and other administrative and
legal details. This document, together with the associated Statement of Work for Services document, will serve to describe our
agreement. After our initial consultation, and after youve made the decision to hire Rhonda Harris as your Bridal Advocate, we
will print a copy of this Service Agreement, complete the required fields, and sign the document. We will provide you with a
copy of the signed Service Agreement, and Statement of Work for Services, for your reference.

Statement of Work
Harris Bridal Inspirations Coordinating (HBIC) will provide services the Client as described in the associated Statement of
Work for Services (dated and signed on _____________).
Conditions

It is the Clients responsibility to select the venue(s) and vendors; HBIC will help to coordinate and direct your
vendors.
It is the Clients responsibility to provide HBIC with names and contact information (e.g. telephone number or email
address) and scheduled timetable for all venues and vendors involved in the wedding ceremony and reception no
later than 14 days prior to the date of the wedding.
o The Client must complete the Vendor Information Sheet as thoroughly as possible and return it to HBIC
along with this signed contract and down payment. If necessary, additional vendor information can be
provided at a later date (but not less than less than 14 days prior to the date of the wedding).
It is the Clients responsibility to notify HBIC of any changes to venues or vendors in a timely manner.
It is the Clients responsibility to provide HBIC with copies of vendor contracts for all vendors listed on the Vendor
Information Sheet.

Payment Amount and Terms


The agreed-upon fee for these services is $ ________. An initial deposit of $250 is due at the time of this contract signing. The
remaining balance of $ ________ is due upon, or before, Rhondas arrival at the location of your wedding ceremony.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of these services less than 14 days prior to your wedding date will result in forfeiture of your $250 deposit. Your
deposit is fully refundable if cancellation occurs 14 or more days prior to your wedding date.
