Since
there
were so
many
changes
that the
youth wre
going
through,

programs
had to
change to
make
sure that
they were
still a
good fi t
for youth
to
develop

PRESENT
About $132 million dollars go into funding afterschool
programs in California. This allows there to be over
4,000 after-school programs for children K-12 to
participate in. Although this may seem a lot, there is
still a need for more funding because disparities
between programs exist!
