A copy of the Application of the above-named Project Owners/Developers for the issuance of Municipal Permits/ Licenses for the establishment of the above-described Hydroelectric Power Projects; 2. A copy of the Municipal Permits/Licenses issued to Aurora All Asia Energy Corporation and Liliw Hydro Power Corporation, respectively, for the establishment of the above-described Hydroelectric Power Projects; 3. A copy of the Municipal Endorsement/Sangguniang Bayan Resolution authorizing/endorsing the establishment of the said Hydroelectric Power Projects; and 4, Records of the Minutes of the Public Hearing conducted for the establishment of the above-described Hydroelectric Power Projects. In the absence of, or in the event your office has not issued any of the above-described requested documents, may we request for the issuance of the necessary Certification that the Municipality of Majayjay has notissued any Municipal Permits/Licenses, Municipal Endorsement or Sangguniang Bayan Resolution authorizing/endorsing the establishment of the said Hydroelectric Power Projects and/or NO Public Hearing of the same is conducted in Majayjay.
