Reflection on modern fantasy

Modern fantasy would be good for students because it shows the authors imagination
within the novel or the story that they are reading. I feel like when students read this kind of
fantasy that they are able to relate it to modern times but also add in their imagination into what
they are writing. This would be good for use in older childrens classrooms. I would not use this
in elementary school classrooms because sometimes the students may not understand what they
are reading or what they are hearing.
