To accept liability in a court of law in case of such a lawsuit linking
him/her with illegal possession/use/ of the time(s) after the sale.

With this agreement, the seller agrees:

1. He/she surrenders full ownership of the item(s) above to the buyer.
2. That he has received the full compensatory amount at the time of
signing.
3. That the item(s) belonged to him/her before the agreement, and has
since surrendered the documents of proof of ownership to the buyer.
4. To accept liability in a court of law in case of such a lawsuit linking
him/her with illegal possession/use/ of the time(s) before the sale.
