As one of Bryce's teachers, I can attest to his amazing work ethic and how he makes others around him more engaged in learning.     schoolandatSolanoCommunityCollege.Hehasachieveda3.95GPAtodateandisrankednumber3inhis
    classof111students.BrycewasaBoysStatenomineeandhasreceivedHighHonorsforthreeyears.Asoneof
    BrycesteachersIcanattesttohisamazingworkethicandhowhemakesothersaroundhimmoreengagedin
    learning.
    Mr.Duncaninvolveshimselfinextracurricularactivitiestofurtherhisknowledgeandbroadenhis
    relationships.Hehasplayedvarsitysoccerandranvarsitycrosscountryallfouryears.Healsoplaysona
    competitivesoccerteamforNorthBaySoccerClub.BryceisthetreasurerfortheRoboticsclubandhasbeena
    memberoftheStudentCouncilforhissophomoreandhissenioryears.Bryceseffortshaveearnedhimfavor
    withhisteachersandclassmates.Brycewaschosenasthecaptainofthesoccerteamthisseasonandhispeers
    electedhimasstudentbodypresidentforthisschoolyear.ThestudentsknowtheycancountonBryceto
    accomplishgreatthingswhilerepresentingtheminstudentactivities.Underhisinfluenceandwiththeamazing
    effortsofhisfellowstudentcouncilmembers,weareenjoyingourbestyeareverwiththemostparticipantsinour
    activities,mostspiritinourthemeweeksandfirstrallyandmostdonationseverreceivedinourcannedfooddrive
    competition.BrycehasparticipatedinthreeTrifectaSpartanraces.Theseracesaretoughandarebasedon
    courage,camaraderieandcompetition.Brycealsoranafullmarathon(26.2miles)andplaced2 ndinhisage
    group.HissuccesswithhisracesandhisintensecommitmentandgritarewhatmakeMr.Duncanstandoutand
    thesequalitieswillhelphimsucceedincollege.
    Brycemakesadifferenceinhiscommunityinordertosharehisskillsandknowledgeandbuildrelationships.
    Heusedhistechskillsandservedasthemedia/techpersonforCornerstoneChurch.Mr.Duncanalsoservesas
    anassistantvolunteercoachforthecrosscountryteam.Heworkedwiththeteamandtheheadcoachoverthe
    summerpriortotheseasontoconditiontheteamandbuildmorale.
    AsuccessfulpersonhastobeabletoprioritizeandmanagetheirtimewellandBrycedoesjustthat.He
    currentlyworksasasalesassociateforAdidasOutletstoreandduringtheChristmasseasonworksatthe
    SilveyvilleChristmastreefarm.
    BryceDuncanwillbeasparkplugandayoungmanofinfluencethatwillmakeapositivecontributionon
    whateveruniversitycampushechoosestoattend.Iamproudofhim.
