the Midst of Bumper-to-Bumper Chaos. Psychology Today. Retrieved from
https://www.psychologytoday.com/blog/minding-the-body/201509/how-stressless-in-traffic-jam
The article refers to how traffic congestion is problematic for ones health. Traffic
Jams are a frequent source of stress, anger and anxiety and the author
(Andrews, 2015) provides information on how to reduce any harmful levels. It is
dangerous to get into the habit of acting out at the wheel when you are stuck in
traffic. Then it is also true to getting into good habits for preventing or reducing
stress at the wheel. The ways of reducing stress can be used in support of my
conclusion.

This website is the official, online news for the U.S. city of El Paso, Texas as an
expansion for their newspapers. The article provides information about the
construction and lane closures currently being done on several locations along
the border highway. This project was made as a means to commute around West
and East El Paso as well as connect to the Northeast by U.S. Highway 54.
Figueroa would like the citizens of El Paso to be aware that although these
closures are causing traffic jams across both highways and freeways, they are

meant to relieve traffic congestion. The article will be useful in relaying the
current issues of road construction and closures.

Livable Streets (2015) is a webpage for an alliance whose purpose is to find
better solutions of transportation and encourage communal growth. This article
raises awareness of the causes of traffic congestion and provides resolutions
toward how to reduce them. Congestion decreases the amount of cars that pass
through on the road. Citizens that work together can either fix the problem or
make it easier to live with. The use of this article will aid me in pushing my
argument and persuade the audience.

daily routines. KVIA, ABC-7 News. Retrieved from
http://www.kvia.com/news/south-el-paso-closures-concern-residents/37679918
Najera is a multimedia journalist for the ABC-7 News at Noon. This article
covers the effect Pope Francis visitation to Juarez had in a residential area. Due
to the Popes anticipated arrival to Juarez on February 17, 2016, a road closure
was scheduled in a downtown neighborhood. This sudden closure had the
potential to interfere with the daily routines of the occupants and local
practitioners. I intend to use the article to express the emotions and concerns
that people feel towards traffic and closures.
