primary needs of our seniors community

We are committed to faithfully and without peer in
serving the present and future needs that our Seniors
Community deserve, in appreciation for their
outstanding service and commitment to their
Community.

POINT(S) OF DIFFERENTIATION
Participation in a Accountable Care Organization; thus, receiving ACA incentives for reducing

healthcare costs as well as improving health outcomes within the senior Community. Savings
& incentives to be reinvested in facility operations, world-class talent, and continued
advancement in seniors care
Staffed with expert translators to aid in transcription, translation
Staffed with cultural enthopologists
Staffed with licensed gerontologists (number based upon population size 2 per every 50
residents)
Staffed with 3 rehab. professionals (based upon participating population) can partner with
(will partner with local gyms for those who are mobile & desire expanded community)
Staffed with Adult Learning Educators and Instruction Design professionals to coordinate
Team of translators for Spanish/Asian-speaking community
Center to use shared resources & support from community centers, businesses, schools, civic
leaders to minimize operational costs
2-Way Volunteerism: senior volunteers to help community as needed; and, community to
volunteer at Center as needed: zoo, vetinarian staffing,
Donations from planned activities to invite community participation in Prescence Community
