Benchmark and Objective
characteristics are also included.

By the next annual IEP, given occupational therapy services,


the student will be able to copy his name with 80% accuracy.
By 10/4/2014 the student will read a 600 word non-fiction
selection and a 600 word fiction selection within 5 minutes
each and then answer 10 comprehension questions each with
at least 90% accuracy.
In 36 instructional weeks, the student will produce the /th/
sound in conversation with 90% accuracy as measured by
speech data.
In 35 instructional weeks, the student will demonstrate math
concepts and computational skills using addition,
subtraction, multiplication, and division at grade level in a
variety of structured problem solving activities with 75%
accuracy.

In 36 instructional weeks, the student will produce


age appropriate sounds with 80% accuracy as
measured by SLP during structured activities.
Student will do tongue strengthening exercises to reduce
signs of tongue thrusting and to help with acquiring her /s/
and /z/.
Student will produce /s/ and /z/ at the word level with 70%
accuracy by May 2014.

The student will carry out all toileting functions


within the school setting on 4 out of 4 preschool
days by April 2014.
Student will toilet in the school setting on 2 out of 4
preschool days by October 2013.
Student will toilet in the school setting on 3 out of 4
preschool days by February 2014.
