documents as per the checklist to the address mentioned below.

Please note the following points before submitting the forms
1. Name mentioned in the form should be as per the name appearing in your valid
passport.
2. Affix 3 Signatures (One for NRE Application in the second page, 2nd one for Nomination
in Third page and 3rd one in the checklist). Your signature in Application form should
match the signature in your Passport.
3. Passport & NRI status proof submitted for opening NRE Accounts should have a
minimum validity of 6 more months from the date of Application.
4. Details of documents required and attestation for opening the account may be cross
checked with the check list attached.
5. Cheque Book & PIN Mailer for internet banking will be dispatched to the
communication address mentioned in the form.
6. ATM Card & PIN Mailer will be dispatched to the parent branch.
