Multiple axial tomographic sections of the cranium without contrast media were obtained.

Follow up CT to one dated 25 April 2016 shows very minimal interval decrease in volume of the left
thalamocapsuloganglionic hemorrhage.
It exhibits slight decrease in attenuation and evidencenof clot retraction.
Extensions and degree of mass effects ate unchanged.
Intraventricular and subarachnoid component exhibit minimal decrease.
Degree of cerebral edema and hydrocephalus are stable.
No other interval findings of note.
