Reports:
Grad Nite

J. Jones, Grad Nite coordinator, stated that plans have been

finalized. Reservations to date have topped last years figures by 10
percent and there are still four weeks to go. One question regarding
security issues was raised: are more parking lot security personnel
needed on Grad Nite? Additional personnel may have to be hired
for this event.

Math & Science Day

M. Anthony reported on Math & Science Day figures. Attendance

from participating schools is up from last year. He feels the schools
are becoming more aware of this educational program and believes
next year will be even better. Mr. Anthony suggested that a Picnic
in the Park be made available and tickets be sold to schools in
advance. There are not enough food vendors available on this date
since it is a preseason, exclusive event.

Special Events Day:

C. Smith stated that the schedule for special events day has been
updated and will be available next week. The schedule will be sent
to everyone in the Marketing Division as soon as it is printed.

Business and Industry

A. Bird reported that special events corporate days were announced

last month. All companies have been notified and will be
announcing the dates to their employees. All companies will

receive discount pricing. There are no rush orders for corporate

ticketing.
