Two types of support systems are identified as “Military Family” and “Civilian Family” military family refers to servicemembers who haved shared an experience while on tour of duty. Civilian Family refers to-immidiat fami riends, community, or any other support systems i.e, pastor, co-worker. The authors concluded that thete are differences between both support systems and that there are still questions regarding what type of support service members require after transitioning.
