Check all cable entries are correct to design requirements.

Verify equipment IP rating is suitable for location.

Verify name plate details against data sheet

Confirm switchboard has been correctly sited and is level/aligned.

Visually inspect equipment for external damage (including paintwork).

Check equipment fixings and mountings are secure.

Check inside of switchboard is clean and dry, check that all desiccants [silica
gel] have been removed.
Check all cubicle doors can be fully opened without obstruction.

Visually inspect the switchboard cubicles for internal damage.

Ensure all major components conform to vendor's and design documentation

and drawings.
Ensure that torque settings of busbar joints are as per recorded settings.

Check earthing conforms to design requirements, inspect switchboard earth bar

and ensure all earth terminations are correct and secure.
Check all equipment carries the correct circuit identification.

Check busbar phase identifications are correct and phasing is maintained.

Check gaskets and seals are not damaged.

Check all bolts are correct and none are missing.

Ductor test across main earthing points.

Manufacturer recommended tests have been performed and documented; see

attached records.
