Existen varios mtodos para calcular este gasto energtico o requerimientos calricos. Hoy vamos a hablar del mtodo de Harris
Benedict. La frmula es distinta si eres hombre o mujer.
Mujer:
[655 + (9,6 * peso en kilos) + (1,8 * altura en cm) - (4,7 * tu edad)] * factor de actividad.
Hombre:
[66 + (13,7 * peso en kilos) + (5 * altura en cm) - (6,8 * tu edad)] * factor de actividad.
