The above RFQ was released by GM (C&M) on dtd 16.04.2014.
10. BID RESPONSE: As per the indenter remarks in PR on C/s-9 the work has already
been completed due to urgency of the work. The work was carried out with the approval of
GM (T) GTPS (C/r.pg.-5) and intimation for the same was sent to Dir (T) C/r.pg.11.
11. BID EVALUATION: The vendor M/s Casting Service carried out the work for
Rs.23,400/- service tax extra and T&C as per NIT.
12. TECHNICAL ACCEPTABILITY: The work has already been completed.
13. RECOMMENDATION: Therefore, it is recommended to award the case on M/s Casting
Services for a total amount of Rs. 23,400/- service tax extra on T&C as per NIT.
In compliance to CVC O/o No.71/12/05 dt.16.01.2006, the Proposer (Works) has
no Personal interest in the companies/agencies participating in the tender process.
As per DOP Part-V S.No.3.5 Page 28 of office order No F.23/IPGCL/CS/796
dt.22.09.2006, approval of DGM (C&M) & concurrence of AM (F) W is required for Single
tender (urgency) case for an amount of Rs. 23,400/-.
