Kata Pengantar

Tuntuntan dan urgensi terhadap kemampuan berbicara


bahasa inggris bagi semua kalangan, tidak bisa kita pungkiri
bahwa penguasaan atas keterampilan berbahasa inggris
sangat erat kaitannya dengan sumber daya manuasi (SDM)
yang berkualiatas. Untuk saat ini dan masa mendatang yang
semakin menglobal dan sangat kompetitif, sehingga dituntut
untuk menguasai kemampuan komunikasi bahasa inggris
secara lisan atau aktif sebagai bahasa Internasional.
Penguasaan berbicara Bahasa Inggris

sangatlah

penting menyadari semakin berkembangnya tuntutan kualiatas


(SDM) yang sangat dituntut untuk menguasai kemampuan bisa
berkomunikasi Bahasa Inggris dalam rangka menguasai dan
mengembangkan

IPTEK

pendidikan,

profesi

dan

lain

sebagainya. Peningkatan kualitas menghadapi era globalisasi


menuntut individu untuk menguasai kemampuan berbahasa
Inggris.
Perubahan dan perkembangan zaman tidak dapat
dihindari, dari lokal menuju global, tidak terlepas dari alat
komunikasi, baik yang pasif, terlebih lagi secara aktif, telah

Internasional yaitu Bahasa Inggris. Selama ini kita berpersepsi

sekali yang secara rill mampu mengantarkan peserta didiknya
untuk benar-benar bisa mempunyai ketrampilan berbicara
Bahasa Inggris. Buku-buku dan lembaga-lembaga kursus pun
sudah sangat banyak menyuguhkan penawaran mengenai
kebutuhan yang satu ini, tapi hingga saat ini mereka
