    During EDFX310, my third year placement I had the chance to take part in a Stephanie
    Alexander Kitchen and Garden lesson. Below is an excerpt of the lesson demonstrating my
    ability to meet standard 4.4 by going over rules to ensure that students stayed safe while they
    were working with chefs knives.


    Below is a photo of my supervising teachers feedback for that lesson. Further demonstrating
    that I was able to meet standard 4.4 by maintaining student safety during the lesson.


    Keeping group engaged by making sure roles were equitable. Encouraging and supervising
    jobs, clean up, putting away rather than teacher (you) doing. Watching for safety with
    workspaces/knives especially students who may have concentration issues.
