RATIONALE:

One of the four Major Final Outputs for the completion of the implementation of the DARs
Target is the conduct of Survey. The survey is not only to segregate the coverable from noncoverable areas but also to subdivide the acquired areas and establish the land use/s on a
per lot basis in accordance with section 20 of A.O. no.3, series of 2012. The survey is
undertaken prior to the conduct of Joint Field Investigation (JFI) and Valuation by the Land
Bank of the Philippines.
Landholdings for survey were moduled and bidded to private contractors. MARPO or his
technical staff assists in the conduct of field survey. In order to validate the status of the
landholding, there is a need to conduct a joint meeting with the MARPOs and GEContractors.

OBJECTIVE

The one-day Joint Meeting aims to:

Validate the status of each landholding moduled and bidded to DARMO concerned.
Check as to workability of each landholding.
Identify and resolve problems and issues encountered before or during the field
survey.
