In term of the basic communication model the word interactive mean

communication between peoples. .There is nothing that definition says interactive


communication has to be digital .The operative word in that definition is between ,
meaning two way communication ,not just one way.ln the world of marketing we
are taking about communication between marketer and customer not simply
marketers to customer but back and forth between both partice .This kind of
interactive communication can be person to person or digitally facilitated. (Schultz,
Barnes, Schultz, & Marian, 23-Feb-2009)
