Tujuan perkuliahan:
1. Meningkatkan sensitivity peserta untuk menyadari pentingnya pemahaman
perilaku manusia dalam organisasi serta implikasinya pada efisiensi dan
efektifitas organisasi.
2. Mengembangkan wawasan peserta tentang human dynamics sebagai dasar
dalam aktifitas menjalankan fungsi-fungsi manajemen.
3. Memberikan pemahaman tentang sikap, persepsi, learning capacities, feelings,
dan tujuan individu dapat mempengaruhi kinerja organisasi.
4. Memberikan pemahaman tentang the impact of change pada perilaku kelompok
dan meningkatkan kemampuan peserta dalam mendiagnosa sekaligus
memberikan solusi terhadap masalah.
