O present perfect usado para expressar:

a.aes que aconteceram num tempo indefinido no passado
I have learned English by myself.
I have been to England five times.
b) aes que aconteceram no passado e continuam at o presente.
I have lived in Porto Seguro since 2005.
c) aes que aconteceram no passado cujos resultados no presente so importantes .
Form Have/Has + particpio passado do verbo principal
Affirmative They have ill there since Christmas.
Negative They havent been ill since Christmas
Interrogative Have they been ill since Christmas?
