RE: WAIVER OF VAT PENALTY

While updating my iTax page I realized that I was registered for VAT, I
kindly ask your office to waive VAT penalty on my PIN, the reason is, the
Cyber caf that helped me get my PIN number wrongly recorded my
obligation as VAT.I raised the issue in . and accepted to modify the
obligation from VAT to income tax and advised me to forward my request
for waiver to my station.
