Being an I.T professional your professional services are required at WAPDA

department of Pakistan. You have to design a salary model having the
following information:
Home allowance, which is 10%, 8% and 6% from managing director to a
peon respectively.
Conveyance allowance is given to manager and less designation holders
which is 7.557%. Since, it is a time of high inflation in the different prices of
different products. So, 10% increment is allocated to the manager and above
while, for others 15% increment. On the basis of extra ordinary performances
peon and clerk will receive a bonus thrice in an annum while others will
receive a single bonus. When, the government is changed in Pakistan a new
policy of tax i-e 7.5% for manager and above. Since, WAPDA has to complete
its new project 2 days earlier before the deadline so; it requires extra efforts
from its staff in extra time. Each employee has to do 4 hours extra work. No
extra benefit is given against this extra work except Asst manager and lower
rank and they will get overtime amount with a rate of 20% of their basic
salary. All employees work 15 days extra in a month.
