Introduction.

Every day happen several catastrophes, besides Chile has been


affected by some of these situations:

Fire
Earthquake

Flooding

Suffocation

The question is
What do you have to do in an
emergency?.
Discuss with your partner

Nowadays it is important to know how to face catastrophes.

In order to help you and your classmates, you will design a digital
poster (glogster, prezi, ppt, etc) where you will present WHAT TO
DO IN CASE OF EMERGENCY, presenting one of the options and
the stepst that you have to follow in order to survive.

You have to include instructions to follow in case of the


emergency that you have already chosen

The best poster will be on the school website.

Task.

Today you will learn how to react in front of different situations in case
of emergency. For example: fire, earthquake, flooding and suffocation.

You as groups will create a digital poster (glogster, prezi, ppt, etc) after
watching and listening different videos related to the topics.

You will have to include brief instructions in every situation.

Finally, you will present your work orally in clases and the best poster
will be available in the school website.

1. Form groups of 5 students.

2. Decide which option you will present.

3. You will have 3 classes to work on your presentation, the first to listen and watch
videos provided for you to take the information, the second class to organize and
start creating the poster and the last class you will finish.

The resources provided by the teacher are the main resources that you have to use.
