Your company MUST be a TRADE BUYER (i.e. your company or yourself

have not visited the Fair in 2015) for the Hong Kong Fashion Week for
Spring/Summer in order to be entitled for the Hotel Sponsorship Offer.
Your company MUST NOT be an EXHIBITOR of the Hong Kong Fashion
Week for Spring/Summer.
If you have applied for any other buyer incentive programmes of the above fair,
this application will not be processed.
Each company is entitled to ONLY ONE ROOM at ONE HOTEL from 3-7
July 2016 (inclusive). This offer is available on a first-come-first-served basis
and subject to room availability.
If the choice of hotel is fully booked, HKTDC will designate a hotel to the
applicant.
Applications without credit card details and business card copy will not be
processed. The hotel will levy one-night charge on your credit card if you do
not show up on the specified date.

Once your application has been approved, we will send the acknowledgement
letter to you within 4 working days.
If you do not receive the acknowledgement letter before the application deadline,
your application will be considered as unsuccessful.
You MUST show up at the Fair and complete a questionnaire when collecting the
Hotel Sponsorship Voucher at the Buying Mission Service Counter with the
original copy of passport with landing slip, business card, boarding pass and
e-ticket receipt. HKTDC reserves the right to reject any requests should there be
any informational discrepancies on the passport, landing slip, boarding pass,
e-ticket receipt with the acknowledgement Letter and, your business card.
Hong Kong Fashion Week for Spring/Summer is a Trade Fairs for business
visitors only. Visitors under 18 will not be admitted.
HKTDC reserves the rights to vary the terms and conditions, change or terminate
the sponsorship programme without any prior notice.
In case of any disputes over the sponsorship programme, the decision of HKTDC
shall be final and binding.
