Purpose

Mainly this kind of general settings will be noticed after the occurrence of
fault in the substation.

Simple settings like adopting time related setting in case of No GPS

Source. This will be useful in case of fault analysis.

Communication related settings like adopting the IP address/

communication method to be adapted in order to obtain a DR/ Event from
RELION.

Monitoring service values like Current/ Voltage and its sequence

components can be monitored by RELION these can be obtained by
adopting proper settings in the function block parameters.

CT / PT ratios which will be checked at the stage of commissioning can be

reversed for the purpose of verifying the connection made at field can be
ensured by setting Star point Towards/ From protected object.

Identification of each REILION using Identifiers which will be usefull while

taking DR while analysis.
