Mengatasi error 711 di windows 7

kali ini saya pengen share tentang bagaimana cara mengatasi error 711 saat ingin
koneksi internet di windows 7, kira-kira pesan kesalahannya seperti ini Error 711:
The operation could not finish because it could not start the Remote Access
Connection Manager service in time. Please try the operation again
Mungkin dari teman2 pengunjung pernah ato mungkin skg lagi bingung dengan
pesan kesalahan ini, tenang saja, jangan panik, semua masalah pasti ada solusinya.
Setelah Browsing2 di google, nemu artikel ttg masalah error 711 ini, tp sayang
bahasanya g ngerti smua alias pke bhs.inggris, setelah menggunakan bantuan
translator, kira2 hasil translatenya seperti ini.
Masuk ke Services, dengan cara ctrl + R kemudian ketikkan msconfig setelah itu
klik pada services kemudian disable all, setelah itu klik OK kemudian restart
komputer / PC anda.
Setelah restart, masuk ke C:\Windows\System32\LogFiles\WMI , kemudian di
dalam nya terdapat folder RtBackup, hapus folder tersebut.
Kemudian yang harus anda lakukan adalah mengaktifkan kembali services yg
tadi di disable, masuk lagi ke tab services, caranya sama dengan langkah nomor 1,
kemudian OK, restart kembali PC / laptop anda.

Catatan : Jika cara diatas gagal, saya punya 1 cara lagi
Syaratnya harus dual boot, windows dan linux, masuk ke linux kemudian hapus
folder yg RtBackup
Restart PC / laptop anda, masuk ke windows, dan error 711 tidak anda temukan
lagi :)

Dear JeganMCPD,
I was also had the same problem but I got ride of it.
First: Start Computer
Second: Go to C:\windows\system32\logfiles\WMI\RtBackup
Third: Delete all files in the RtBackup folder.
Forth: Now restart your computer
Now You can connect Your internet connection.
Thank You.

I bet you can't open the Event Viewer in Administrative Tools too. I found out that Windows
Event Log was disabled.
So in case to solve all this, go to
1.

Control Panel Administrative Tools Services Windows Event Log

Right-click "Properties Startup type" if disabled, turn it on to automatic

Enabling this unblocks the opportunity to Enable/start the Remote Access Connection
Manager and Remote Access Auto Connection Manager.
It worked for me.
