They will need their OEN number (Ontario Education Number).
Students create their own passwords.

Oct. 7

First transmission to OCAS (College Application Center) of:

o Each students demographics
o Marks history for grade 11 and 12 courses
o Projected courses being taken including all courses in which a student is presently
registered - whether it is grade 10, 11 or grade 12 - or an ESL level.
o Any completed grade 12 courses (summer courses)

Oct. 21

GTA (Toronto) universities and colleges visit Earl Haig from 9-11am

Oct. 22

College Fair at Exhibition Place 10am 3pm, Direct Energy Centre

Nov. 3

First transmission to OUAC (university application center) of:

o Each students demographics
o Marks history from grade 11 and 12
o Current and projected courses being taken in grade 12
o Includes all courses in which a student is presently registered whether it is grade
10, 11 or grade 12 or an ESL level.
o Any completed grade 12 courses (summer courses)

Earl Haigs University/College Night for Parents and Students 7:00pm in

Cringan Hall followed with 15 universities/colleges and apprenticeship recruitment/resources on
hand in the cafeteria to answer your questions

Non-GTA (out of town) universities visit Earl Haig from 9-11am

Second transmission to OCAS (College Application Center) of updated information

including Term 1 marks

The latest date by which all secondary students can expect a response to an application
to an Ontario university.

June 1st The earliest date by which Ontario universities may require a response to an offer of
admission and a financial commitment of any kind.
