antes de descargar la aplicacin al HMI, se realizan pruebas de comunicacin (de
haber errores en la comunicacin, estos deben resolverse); todo esto en un lapso
de una semana. Como ltima actividad para la realizacin del objetivo de este
proyecto se debe realizar la conjuncin de los distintos Faceplates/Add-On para
todos los equipos seleccionados en la primera actividad.

Mediante la implementacin de estos programas pre-programados y preprobados Faceplate/AOI para dispositivos tales como controladores, variadores,
redes, y los mdulos de E / S, el usuario puede configurar, poner y operar
dispositivos sin la necesidad de escribir una sola lnea de cdigo. Los Faceplates
tambin incluyen muchas funciones de diagnstico para ayudar al mantenimiento
y solucin de problemas de un sistema. Faceplates/AOI traen el poder de la
Arquitectura Integrada a su sistema de forma rpida y sencilla.

Configuracin general
1) Despus de descargar el archivo, este folder se debi haber creado:
ME_PowerFlex _Faceplate_Files contiene el Faceplate del PowerFlex, un
archivo de parmetros y un AOI, y un ME_PowerFlex_Goto Buttons Este
folder contiene un botn PowerFlex Goto que puede o no ser usado en tu
visualizacin.
Configuracin en Logix
1) Abrir el archivo existente con RSLogix5000
2) Actualiza el Add-On Profile (AOP) para PowerFlex
(Consultar instrucciones incluidas en el archivo generado)
3) Agregar y configurar el modulo del PowerFlex
a. Clic en configuracin I/O, clic derecho en el mdulo network
communication se selecciona New Module y se agrega el mdulo
deseado, se le asigna la etiqueta y una direccin la direccin IP del
equipo.

6) Importando el archivo AOI del PowerFlex 40. Se agrega una nueva lnea de
escalera en la rutina principal y se configura el AOI con los parmetros
adecuados para el funcionamiento del AOI.

Configuracin general
Despus de descargar el archivo Faceplate el folder Stratix
5700_Faceplate_Files debe ser creado. Este folder debe contener los siguientes
archivos:
1. 5700_Faceplate archivo grfico (.gfx).
2. Goto_Faceplate archivo grfico (gfx).
3. AB_Stratix_5700 (.L5X) (Escribir Direccin IP (.L5X) y
MSG_CSPath_to_HexPath (.L5X) sern aadidas como parte de la importacin)
4. Archivo de Parmetros (.par).
5. Instrucciones de usuario (.pdf).
6. Alarmas.xml (solo para versiones FTViewME)
Importante: Actualizar el AOP para Stratix 5700
Verificar instrucciones paso a paso dentro del archivo User Instructions (.pdf).

1) Abrir el archivo existente con RSLogix5000

3) Abrir aplicacin AB_Stratix_5700 proveniente en la descarga, agregar y
configurar el modulo del PowerFlex apropiado para el Stratix 5700.
