    Correspondence supposedly sent on 25 May 2015 in response to prompting by Judicial Office for failing to reply to Judicial complaint into Grimsby Magistrates’ perverting the course of justice. It was one of a number of documents produced by the Advisory Committee for Humber & South Yorks when the Judicial Conduct Ombudsman (JACO) investigated the Committee for failing to deal with the matter. The Ombudsman was satisfied that the complaint was dealt with at the time it was made. It's doubtful that the Judicial Conduct Ombudsman fell for it, but that's what he will have you believe.
