ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
With deepest gratitude and appreciation, I humbly give thanks to the people who,
with all they can, helped me in making my on-the-job training a possible endeavor.
To my parents, for their unending love and support, for providing all my needs
financially and morally, for their patience and understanding and for being there for me
no matter what.
To my Alma Mater, the Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges, where I saw myself
grow as an individual and as a future contributor to the society.
To the College of Information and Communication Technology, my home
department, for being a part of this journey, for sharing relevant knowledge and for
shaping me to become a better person. I am extending my warmest thanks to Dean
Challiz D. Omorog and Mr. Lemuel R. Rempillo, our OJT Coordinator, who all imparted
us with beneficial input and their guidance.
To Compagnie de Catalina, especially to its HR and Admin Department Head,
Ms. Jo-Anne L. Dancalan who warmly welcomed us in their workplace. Thank you for
giving us the chance to become your intern. Weve learned more than enough in this
experience.
To my OJT buddy, my brother from another mother, John Kenneth Olleres, my
sincerest gratefulness for being there 24/7. You and Jenny were among the reasons
why I made it this far.
To Vince Carlo Regalado, I am eternally grateful for your existence. You already
know why. Thank you for always giving me the will to carry on.
And above all, to the Man upstairs for always keeping me safe and sound.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
This narrative report contains my experience as an on-the-job trainee of
Compagnie de Catalina, the number one provincial sub-distributor of Havaianas in
revenue and profitability, with their office located at Triangulo in the city of Naga.
I was tasked to do assignments which maximize my technological and creative
capabilities. Through this experience, I was able to grab the opportunity to apply the
skills and knowledge I earned as a student of CSPC to the actuality of a workplace. My
productivity improved, additional learning was acquired, and acquaintances were
earned. Furthermore, this endeavor widened my understanding in both the academe
and the industry and how it majorly impacts ones life as a competent individual.
This internship is of importance and value and shall eternally manifest within me.
This is my story.
