The academic service for blind students at the UTN its not very good needed
facilitate access to information and printed documents, auditory and digital, people
with visual disable through technological tools appropriate for academic
performance and staff training.
The library: It has types of rooms, types of books, management technologies, and
library staff for disable people.
The search digital information: The library staff guides the search and find
printed documents, auditory and digital for the users that need it.

CONCLUSIONS
Some things at the UTN University are bad the service academic for blind students
exists need to improve. Exists a department for capacity special but its not
enough. In the library needed the library staff give users materials bibliographic for
reproduced in audio file for people who need this.
The sports area also lack of facilities for disable students.

They need ramps to drive along.

We should better start with a project study on each floor and the
surroundings of UTN.
