Retail Manager
Maintained overall operations of the retail department. Responsibilities within the department focused on
employee hiring and training, scheduling, exceeding sales goals, creating and maintaining merchandising
presentation, product design, inventory management, event planning and organization. In addition general
duties of the restaurant were required, but not limited to: cash management, meeting operational goals,
meeting operational standards, employee hiring and development and exceeding guest experiences.

Duties of the position focused on developing marketing plans, creating organizational policy and

Began in the company as a Batista, and within four months promoted to Shift Manager. In a year promoted
to Assistant Store Manager, and shortly there after to Store Manager. Opened the first freestanding store in
Baltimore City in September of 2005. In less than a year drove sales up by two-thirds prophet, brought in
three product lines while aggressively beating all projected goals. Acted as a training facilitator for the
district and served as the community service organizer for the district and regional events.
