    For this competency I decided to use my Report on Placement from SW4997 Integrative
    Seminar.IusedthispaperbecauseitallowedmetodemonstratehowIidentifiedasasocial
    workerandactedlikeoneinmyplacement.TheReportonPlacementdiscussesmyroleasa
    socialworker,thepopulation(s)myagencyserved,andtheprocessthecasemanagerandclients
    gothroughtoobtainservices.Itwasimportanttoshowhowwegetourclientsandtheintake
    process,aswellashowwefollowtheclientstreatmentandthepossibilityoftermination.
    DemonstratingallofthesefactorseffectivelyshowhowIwasabletoactandidentifyasa
    socialworkerwithinmyplacement.Thispapereffectivelydemonstratesthecompetency2.1.1.
