Upon request by Mr. Mark Jerome C. Labad, third year law student, this college, for
clerical recomputation of his grade in Practicum II, second semester, school year 2015-2016,
an error has been noted.
As recorded in the final grading sheet for the subject practicum II, certified photocopy
of which is attached to this communication for ready reference, Mr. Labad obtained the
following grades:
Prelim- 1.25/ Midterm- 1.25/ Final- 2.5
His performance for the final grading period was above average. His graded
notebooks as well as his class attendance and weekly tests and final examination should that
he obtain an overall rating of 92% equivalent to 1.5 in the grading sheet.
Upon recomputation under this formula: 1/3 of midterm rating 96 % + 2/3 of final
rating 92% = 93.3 (1.5).
Finding the request for recomputation in order the undersigned professor handling the
subject recommends the correction in the final grading sheet for said student from 2.5 to 1.5
by proper annotation in the grading sheet.
